THE TEAM
Roberta began her journey as a Destination Wedding Planner in 2013, specializing in the Langhe and Monferrato regions of Piedmont. Her experience quickly revealed that destination weddings are not just events, they’re full-scale experiences that demand a wide range of skills and a team that can take care of even the smallest details.
With the clear understanding that planning is a fundamental part of the wedding experience, Roberta built a team of professionals who work alongside her every day, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable for each couple.
Today, the team includes multilingual Wedding Planners and Coordinators, all specialized in destination weddings across Italy for both international and Italian clients. Working alongside Roberta are wedding designers, visionary creatives who turn each couple’s concept into an innovative, authentic, and beautifully detailed aesthetic experience. Completing the team is a Concierge Manager and Guest Coordinator, who brings a strong background in hospitality and ensures a seamless, stress-free experience for wedding guests from planning to arrival.

I'm Roberta and I’m so happy to share a little more about myself!
I live in Turin, a city I deeply love and that inspires me every single day. But tucked away in my heart is a dream: to one day open a small, cozy bed and breakfast of my own - a place where I can welcome guests with freshly baked cakes and host intimate, heartfelt weddings. I imagine spending six months of the year living there, and the other six exploring the world, soaking in new cultures, landscapes, and unexpected forms of beauty.
In both my personal and professional life, I strive to build genuine, meaningful connections - it’s in my nature, as someone deeply empathetic and sensitive.
I got married in 2022 in Sicily, a place that holds a special place in my heart. My husband Fabrizio and I shared three unforgettable days with the 40 people who mean the most to us, and with our little boy Filippo, who was just six months old. We fell in love with this island: its landscapes, its exotic vegetation, and the history that seems to breathe through every corner.
Always by my side is Mirtilla, our sandy-colored Golden Retriever, who often pops up in my Instagram stories.
My very first love was ballet - a passion I pursued for many years. It taught me discipline, grace, and how much beauty lies in even the tiniest details.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, but I’ve always known my true calling was organization: creating order, harmony, and beauty in every project is something that comes naturally to me.
